| Great place to do business. |

| My daughter made the mistake of getting her car serviced at a local dealership, which recommended wheel-bearing replacement. Billy and Lee quickly pointed out that it wasn't possible to determine that without having driven the car. They could have agreed with the shop and stuck us with a hefty bill, but did the right thing. They've earned my trust again. |

| They answer their phone. They communicated when a part arrived later than expected. They had our car repaired on time. The workmanship had been flawless so far. They were courteous. They made sure that we fully understood the repair. They provided excellent service. They get it! They believe in taking care of their customer!!! Mack's is great!!! |

| Great place to send your vehicle. They can do it all. Lee is a friendly manager and Mack always gives me honest work. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but when you do it is worth more than just dollars. I would never feel bad sending a friend to them. |

| We have been taking our vehicles ( 2 - toyotas and an Acura ) to Mack's for 5 plus years now and have always come away very satisfied. They have never try to pad the bill with things that did not need to be replaced / repaired. They are good and honest. A very rare combination in this industry. |
